SYNOPSIS: Mongryong and Chunhyang's political status forced them to keep their love and marriage a secret. But being the son of a nobleman, Mongryong has to pursue his career and move to Seoul to carry on his duties. Chunhyang patiently waited and remained faithful until the end even at the expense of her life.

REVIEWS: I was expecting it to be as good as the TV series but it turned out to be a big disappointment. The idea is touching and moving but I didn't like how the story was made into a movie. It was boring and too dragging. Would you believe, I finished it after 5 sittings? It wasn't my kind of story. The narration made it even worst. If only I could skip it... Not that I am trashing the Korean culture. Maybe that's their way of theatrical art.
