SYNOPSIS: Basically, the
story is about two people of different backgrounds who got
themselves into a fix marriage. It could have started to be
a no-strings-attached-relationship, but Sena couldn't help
but helplessly fall for Seung-woo. However, his past keeps
holding him back from returning that love. He can't seem to
get over his childhood sweetheart, Yoon-soo, eventhough she
is already engaged to his colleague, Jin-hee. Things got more
twisted when Sena found out that Yoon-soo's fiancé
was her whirlwind romance.
Sena and Jin-hee decided to keep their past to themselves
to avoid misconceptions. But hiding it didn't help her win
her husband's attention. Not only is she fighting for her
rights, but also for her dignity eventhough she knows that
it's not easy to replace Yon-soo in Seung-woo's heart.
REVIEWS: The only part
I liked is the beginning and the end. In the first few scenes,
Jang Nara and Ryu Si-won's characters were very well established
(which is good) but after they got married and problems started,
everything drags down. They fight then apologize then fight
again. It became monotonous and predictable. All I hear is
"I'm sorry" and it's kind of annoying sometimes.
Maybe it comes with their personalities. Jang Nara's is too
immature while Si-won's is too honest. But if only they could
stop being themselves, maybe this would just be a 5-epi drama.
Jang Nara wasn't bad in her acting. She really could pull
through a childish/jealous type of character. But it didn't
do much in bringing the best out of the other actors. Si-won
has no facial expression at all. He smiles and cries all the
same. Se-bin can't even deliver a believable line. And Hyun-woo,
well, he is just there because he has to be there. (too harsh?)
